The hardest part about that image was trying to determine how far or close to put the flashes considering there was more that one person in the shot. Also trying to figure out where to place the 3 flashes and how far or close to have the participants from each other and the flashes as well.

Something i would try differently, would be t choose a different light setting and try to use diffusers, along with maybe using a different back drop so the shadows wouldn't be there.
